Soudal Cement Repair Express 300ml

Repair Express Cement: is a NEW acrylic filler that can be used internally and externally to repair cracks in cemented walls, floors and fill the broken edges of stairs, stones and concrete blocks.
Displays the strength of cement after curing, has a very granular finish and can be smoothed before curing after applying water.
The product is ready to use, and can be sanded after curing.

Soudal Express Repair Cement Cement Repair Express is a high quality filler with granular structure for easy and shrink free repairing of cracks and joints in concrete.

• Very good adhesion to many mineral surfaces in indoor and outdoor applications.

• Paintable (after a few hours depending on the amount of material applied)
• Static joints up to 5 cm.

Applications:

For repairing holes and cracks in concrete and cement
For the repairing of joints in brickwork
Repairing of damage in eg. concrete stairs

Application method:

Remove any loose particles before applying Cement Repair Express. Apply the sealant with a caulking gun or putty knife into the joint or crack. Finishing with a wet spatula or trowel gives the smoothest result. For large cracks, static joints or large screw holes apply preferably 2 layers of the product. Depending on the porosity of the substrate, apply the second layer of product after ca. 30 min.

Cleaning: Before curing, Cement Repair Express can be removed with water from substrates and tools. Finishing: with wet putty knife or trowel
